A few practical details
Before we start.
What counts as a feed post?
One published reel, carousel or static post counts as one feed post. The monthly mix is determined by strategy and the footage available.
What counts as one Story?
One Story means one Instagram Story frame. Some ideas may naturally span more than one frame, but the package count is based on individual frames.
Do you film content at the practice?
Filming is not included. We provide direction and work with footage captured by your team. If you want professional production, we can coordinate around a local videographer separately.
Are Meta ads included?
No. Meta Ads Management is a separate +$600/month add-on, and ad spend is billed separately by Meta.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Social media management starts with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, your agreement can continue month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. If you prefer to lock in your current monthly rate for longer, you can choose a 6-month commitment instead.
How are monthly payments handled?
Monthly retainers are paid automatically through Stripe using the payment method on file, so there’s no need to manually process an invoice each month. Your payment date and cancellation terms are confirmed before we begin.
